Processing & Packing Time

  • A confirmation order email will be sent to your email address when the order has been successfully processed. If you didn't receive it, kindly check your spam/junk folder. 
  • In-stock orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. 
  • Tracking and shipping email will be sent once the order has been dispatched for delivery.
  • New launches and sales periods may give rise to delays in processing time due to the surge in sales.

    • 5-7 business days for non-peak seasons, up to 2 weeks for peak/holiday season

Custom and Import Fees

You may be charged handling fees, duties, and taxes when your order goes through Customs.

Unfortunately, since we do not have any control over these charges as customs and tax regulations differ with each country, we are not able to cover them for you. In the event that the tax is not paid within the stipulated period, goods will be forfeited and destroyed by the Customs department which will be out of our control.

 

Delays or Lost Parcel

Once the Shipping Confirmation is emailed to you, your parcels are under the responsibility of our third-party couriers and we shall not be responsible for any delays or lost parcel in post if proof of postage is provided.

 

Bounced Parcel

If your parcel is bounced, we will contact you via email. The cost for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. We will not be liable for lost parcel due to incomplete or wrong address. We will only bear the cost of re-delivery if it is deemed as an error on our part.
